been distracted by lifes events, once again. Been involved in car accident, am ok, have concussion, bruises.

Now back to weight loss. I have put some on, not good.

But, I have new regime, and lost 3lbs this week.

I have discovered
1. kelp
2. green tea extract
3. capsicum
4. blueberry extract

the above 4 are very good combination.

seems to work well together to promote metabolism boost, and weight loss.
