what works for you. I have always found that low carb, strict low carb, is the only way forward for me. It makes my body use fat stores, nothing else works for me.

I think for stubborn losers, low carb is the answer.

ok, be honest, been struggling recently.

Lost 3 lbs last week, then car accident.

Am ok, concussion.

Now, it has dawned on me that serious low carb has only ever worked for me.

So here we go, back into full on low carb. This means no honey in tea, and watch our for sauces, condiments

been distracted by lifes events, once again. Been involved in car accident, am ok, have concussion, bruises.

Now back to weight loss. I have put some on, not good.

But, I have new regime, and lost 3lbs this week.

I have discovered
1. kelp
2. green tea extract
3. capsicum
4. blueberry extract

the above 4 are very good combination.

seems to work well together to promote metabolism boost, and weight loss.
